Do you haul away debris?
We can haul away debris from your project for an additional dump fee.

Drywall Installation & Finishing FAQ
What kind of drywall projects do you handle?
From small to large, we handle them all.
What is Drywall Finishing?
Drywall finishing is the process of applying joint compound along with paper or mesh tape to all seams. Then, we proceed to add the necessary coats to achieve the desired result.
What’s a skim coat?
A skim coat can vary in thickness. It’s done using drywall joint compound. Several coats can be applied to get rid of unwanted textures, or to finish ceilings after popcorn removal. It helps ceilings and walls achieve a smooth and more uniform appearance.
How long will it take to complete my project?
It really depends on the size and scope of the project. It can vary from a couple of hours to a couple of days.
Can a repair be painted the same day?
While there are several factors that may affect this, small repairs are generally painted the same day. Larger repairs are painted the next day to allow drying.
What’s included in my drywall installation or repair project?
The materials to complete your specific scope of work, along with masking materials to protect the work area such as plastic, paper, and tape.
Will there be dust?
Yes, we do our best to contain the dust by masking the work areas off with plastic. We protect floors in the work area, including the floor leading into the project area.
Popcorn Ceiling & Texture Removal FAQ
Do you remove Popcorn ceiling that has asbestos in it?
No, we do not remove popcorn ceiling that has asbestos. For a fee, we send a sample of your popcorn ceiling to an accredited lab for testing.
What is the process like?
All furniture must be removed from the work area. Walls and floors are covered with plastic. Using a fine mist sprayer, the popcorn is moistened, then scraped. Cleanup begins followed by the finishing process the next day.
How many coats do you need to do?
The number of coats needed and the extent of imperfections that require fixing can vary from job to job.

How long will it take?
It depends on the project size and uniformity sought. It can take a week, allowing time for the material to dry as it’s a slow drying product affected by ambient temperatures and conditions. This gives time to check for imperfections and allow for touchups.
Can you paint as well?
Yes, we generally like to do our own priming and painting as it allows us to catch any further imperfections and correct them.

What size paint projects do you do?
From painting an accent wall to the interior and exterior of a home.
Do you paint driveways or epoxy garage floors?
Currently, we do not offer those services.
What brand of paint do you use?
We use Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, as well as Marquee and Dynasty by Behr.
What’s included?
All paint and associated materials to complete your scope of work, including masking materials.
Do you use a sprayer?
We use a combination of spraying equipment, paint rollers, and brushes. We assess what’s best for your project. Different factors affect what we use.

Trim Installation FAQ
Do you install crown moulding?
Yes, we install crown moulding up to 5 ¼ inches wide.
Do you install baseboard?
Yes, we install baseboard up to 6 inches wide.
Do you install door trim?
Yes, we install door trim up to 3 ½ inches wide.
Do you install chair rail?
Yes, we install chair rail.
Texture Matching FAQ
Is texture matching messy?
Depending on your texture, it could be a messy process. We take care to mask off floors, walls, and ceilings. Often, texture matching requires using compressed air and a hopper, which is what causes the mess. With proper precautions, it can be contained.
Will the texture match 100%?
We do our best to match as closely as possible, but often it is not possible to match 100%. This is due to the unique finesse that the original installer adds to the texture process.
Will the paint match?
We always suggest painting the entire area where the repair is made to give the repair the best chance of blending in.
Minor Tile Projects & Repairs FAQ
What kind of waterproofing products do you use?
We use Laticrete Hydroban, GoBoard, GoBoard Sealant, as well as Oatey products.
What brand of thinset do you use?
We use Laticrete Tri-Lite, Mapei Ultralite, and Custom ProLite.
What kind of tile do you work with?
We work with porcelain, ceramic, marble, and mosaic tiles.
Do you use a tile leveling system?
Yes, if the project calls for it, we use a tile leveling system.
What’s the biggest tile you work with?
The biggest tile we work with is 12 x 24 inches.
Do you do custom tile work?
No, we do not perform custom tile work.
What patterns do you install?
We install stacked horizontal and vertical, one-third offset, offset, stepladder, and grid patterns.
